CONDITIONS OF SALE
DEFINITIONS
Client: means any party (physical or corporate individual) that purchases one or more products through the Online Store, accepting the General Conditions.
General Conditions: means these general conditions of sale and any future new versions that may be published by Cedamsoftware.com .
Order Confirmation: means the e-mail message with which Cedamsoftware.com informs the customer that it accepts the orders.
Contract of sale: means the contracts of sale for the products as stipulated between Cedam srl and the customers through the Online Store.
Orders: means the purchase orders for the products sent by the customers with the Online Store.
Parties: means Cedam srl and the customer, jointly.
Price: means the price of sale of the products as indicated in the Online Store next to the products themselves.
Products: means the products published in the Online Store for the purpose of sale.
On Line Store: means the internet website, accessible via the website www.cedamsoftware.com through which it is possible to purchase the products.
Cedamsoftware.com: means CEDAM Srl, with main office in Barletta (BT), at via Severini, 8.
Booking and buying
To buy articles from the e-shop, the Customer must go to the dedicated area of the website (Shop). Each service for sale is accompanied by a description and the price. Simply indicate the quantity and confirm to include the article in the cart. It is possible to add, delete or confirm all bookings made up to this time.
To confirm an order, the Customer must complete the personal identification procedure by providing all the data requested.
The purchase will only be understood as complete for CEDAM SRL when it has sent e-mail confirmation using the "order confirmation form". In the event of even temporary unavailability of one or more products, the Customer will be informed about order progress by e-mail.

Retail price
For each service the unitary price is expressed in EURO (€), and VAT (Value Added Tax) inclusive costs.
Terms of payment
The Customer may pay for purchases in the following ways:
a. PayPal circuit.
b. Credit cards available on the PayPal e Stripe circuit.
c. Bank deposit.

Delivery of goods and shipment expenses
All the articles ordered by the Customer and confirmed by CEDAM will be delivered electronically after total order payment has been regularly registered and confirmed at CEDAM srl.
Right to withdrawal
The Customer enjoys a right to withdrawal, which he may exercise, without having to justify the reasons, within a term of 14 (fourteen) working days starting from the day the ordered goods are received.
Notification to exercise the right to withdrawal may be given within the term indicated above, by e-mail. The shipment expenses for return of the goods will be at the Customer’s full expense.
In order for the withdrawal right to be exercised, goods must be returned.
Reimbursement of the price invoiced for the returned goods will be made by a payment to the Customer’s bank account within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.
Privacy
CEDAM declares and guarantees that the customers’ personal data will be handled in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196/03, and its subsequent amendments.
Errors and/or inaccuracies in the Online Store
CEDAM SRL undertakes to check the Online Store constantly to prevent errors or inaccuracies. However it is possible that the Online Store may contain, or may at some time contain, error, inaccuracies or omissions.
CEDAM SRL therefore reserves the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies or omissions in the Online Store, even after an order has been sent, and also reserves the right to amend or update the information at any time without notice.
Flaws and non-conformity of products
CEDAM is liable for any defect of conformity present at the time of delivery of the products. Pursuant to law. the customer will have the right to correction of the defect at no expense by repair or replacement or, if this is not possible, to the reduction of the purchase price or termination of the contract. The customer is responsible, however, for reporting the defect of conformity within a term of 2 (two) months starting from the day the ordered goods are received.
Claims for damaged shipments or thefts shall be communicated by the customer to the courier before accepting the goods. Requests of credit for damages and/or theft will not be considered if the customer does not enter a reservation on the courier’s delivery receipt.
Applicable law
All contracts concluded are intended as stipulated in Italy and are governed by Italian Law. Any dispute that may arise in connection with the General Conditions will be deferred exclusively to the TRANI Bar.
